Wajik Durian.

Sekarang ni musim durian. Pegi kat mana-mana mesti ada aje durian longgok. Ada yg sekilo RM4.50, RM3 dan RM1 pun ada. Murah...murah.....murah..... Nulian...nulian....nulian.....hee.heee.hee. macam jual durian plak. Ari nie haku nak N3 resepi nih..kalo sesiapa yg teringin nak makan wajik durian tapi tak tahu nak buat bolehlah copy resepi nie... Sumber: Hjh Dalilah Bahan2:- 1kg pulut 100gm gula pasir 11/2 kg gula melaka 1 cawan isi durian (kalo nak letak lebih sikit pun tak apa) 3 helai daun pandan 750gm santan pekat (santan dlm peket / timbang) sedikit garam 11/2 cawan air Cara2:- 1. Cuci bersih pulut dan rendam semalaman. 2. Kukus pulut sehingga masak. 3. Sementara itu masak gula melaka, gula pasir, garam dan daun pandan dengan 11/2 cawan air sehingga gulanya larut. Kemudian tapis. 4. Masukkan santan kedalam gula tadi dan masaklah sehingga pekat dan bertali. 5. Masukkan pula isi durian, kacau rata dan masak lagi sebentar. 6.Setelah itu baru masukkan pulut. Kacau dan masak lagi sehingga adunannya tidak melekat pada kayu pengacau. 7. Setelah masak masuk dalam loyang dan ratakan. Sejukkan potong dan hidang.

Tat Gulung

Resepi dari Kak Liza Bahan 60 gm butter 190 gm majerin 70 gm gula halus 1 biji kuning telur 1 s/k esen vanilla 350 gm tepung gandum 50 gm tepung jagung Jem Nenas.. boleh dibeli dikedai bahan kueh/kek atau 1 biji nenas ] blend dan masak sampai pekat baru + gula 1/2 cawan air ]1 cawan gula ahan Glaze/pengilat 2 kuning telur 2 s/kecil air pewarna kuning Cara. 1. Gaulkan butter,majerin dan gula supaya rata. . Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla dan gaul sehingga rata. 3. Masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung jagung yg telah diayakkan. 4. Gaulkan sehingga rata dan sebati. 5. Gunakan acuan Nestar dan pamkan adunan. 6. Kepalkan jem nenas sebesar biji kurma. 7. Letakkan jem nenas diatas adunan dan gulungkan. 8. Masukkan adunan biskut dalam acuan kertas. 9. Sapukan dengan bahan glaze tadi. 10. Bakar dalam oven suhu 180'C sehingga kuning keemasan atau masak dalam 20 minit. 11. Bila telah masak, sejukkan dan simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.

Kek Coklat Kukus

Resepi dari Kak Hanieliza Bahan A 220 gm tepung gandum 1 s/k baking powder 1/2 s/k soda bikarbonat 50 gm serbuk koko 180 gm gula perang Bahan B 2 biji telur 1 s/k esen vanila Bahan C 200 ml susu cair atau susu segar 200 ml minyak mazola atau minyak sayuran biasa 200 ml air panas Cara1. 1. Gaulkan semua bahan A dalam mangkuk supaya rata. 2. Pukul Bahan B dalam mangkuk berasingan. Masukkan dalam mangkuk bahan A. Kacau rata. 3. Masukkan Bahan C dalam adunan bahan A. Kacau rata. 4. Panaskan kukusan dan lapikkan kertas minyak dalam loyang 8 x 8 inci. 5. Masukkan adunan dalam loyang dan kukuskan selama 1 jam dgn api sederhana. Lapkan tudung kukusan sebelum tutup semula. 6. Bila telah masak buka tudung kukusan perlahan supaya air tidak menitik keatas kek. 7. Hiaskan dengan cream coklat. Cream Coklat Bahan 300 gm coklat masakan [potong kecil] 50 gm fresh cream Cara. 1. Panaskan coklat didalam periuk secara double boiling. 2. Bila nampak coklat hampir cair tutup api. 3. Masukkan fresh cream dan kacau sebati sehingga agak sejuk 4. Bila dah hampir sejuk tuangkan atas kek dan hiaskan mengikut kesukaan sendiri.

Kek Cokelat Tanpa Butter

Resepi dari Kak Ummi Bahan Utama:- (loyang 20 cm ) 2 biji telur 1 cawan minyak masak 1 cawan gula pasir 1 cawan gula perang Bahan A:- 1 sudu kecil vanila 1 1/2 cawan susu segar perisa coklat 1/2 cawan air campur dgn 2 sudu kecil nescafe Bahan B:- 2 sudu kecil sodium bicarbonate 1 sudu kecil baking powder 1/2 cawan serbuk koko 2 cawan tepung gandum ** Topping ** 1/2 cawan koko van hauten 1/2 cawan susu pekat 1 sudu besar minyak masak Masukkan kesemua bahan dalam periuk dan kacau sebati. Kemudian kacau atas dapur dengan api yang perlahan hingga agak likat sedikit. Sejukkan sebentar dan sapukan atas dan keliling kek yang telah sejuk. Cara Menyediakan Kek:- Pukul telur hingga kembang Masukkan gula dan pukul lagi. Kemudian masukkan minyak masak. Ayak semua bahan B dan masukkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam telur tadi berselang seli dengan bahan A. Gaul sehingga sebati. Bakar pada suhu 170 degree selama 1 jam atau sehingga masak.

Choc Moist Cake (III)

Resepi dari kak Ummi dan resepi asal dari Kak Reen. Bahan-bahan 1 cawan butter/marjerin 1 1/2 cawan gula kastor 3 biji telor 2 1/2 cawan tepung serbaguna 6 sudu besar serbuk koko 1 1/2 sudu teh baking powder 1 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila 1 sudu teh garam 1 1/2 cawan susu segar Cara-cara Preheat oven pada suhu 175C Griskan loyang 9"x13" dengan mentega dan alas dengan baking sheet. (guna loyang bulat 9" pun boleh). Ayak bersama tepung, baking powder, serbuk koko dan garam. Ketepikan. Dalam bekas lain, pukul mentega dan gula hingga ringan dan gebu. Masukkan telor satu persatu dan pukul lagi. Masukkan esen vanila. Pukul lagi dan masukkan tepung berselang seli dengan susu dan pukul hingga sebati. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan bakar selama 45 minit. Sejukkan atas wire rack. Hias dengan topping choc.

Kek Coklat Moist (II)

Resepi dari Kak Ummi Bahan-bahan: 2 cawan tepung gandum } diayak 2 sk baking powder } bersama 2 cawan gula halus 4 biji telor gred A 250 gm butter 2 sk esen vanila Bancuhan koko (Pes Coklat):- 1 cawan serbuk koko 1/2 cawan gula halus 1 cawan air panas 1/2 cawan susu cair (akak guna fresh milk) Cara-cara: Untuk bancuhan koko, masukkan serbuk koko, gula halus dan air panas dalam periuk. Jerang atas api perlahan, kacau rata sebentar hingga berkilat. Tutup api dan biarkan sejuk dalam suhu bilik sekejap. Tuangkan susu cair, kacau dan ketepikan. Sementara itu, pukul rata gula dan butter hingga kembang. Masukkan telor sebiji demi sebiji dan pukul lagi. Masukkan esen vanila dan gaul rata. Masukkan tepung yang diayak tadi berselang seli dengan bancuhan koko tadi. Gaul rata dengan spatula. Masukkan dalam loyang dan bakar selama 1 jam pada suhu 180C. **Guna (loyang 21 x 21 x 3 cm)

Asam Pedas Daging

Resepi yang simple dan mudah...haku dah ambik gambar untuk entry tapi camera haku buat hal plak...tapi tak apelah yang penting haku masih boleh menulis kat blog nie.... BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)

1 kg daging 1 cawan jus asam jawa 1 cawan cili kisar 1 camca teh serbuk kunyit 2 biji terung panjang 6 biji bendi Garam dan gula secukup rasa 8 biji bawang merah* 3 ulas bawang putih* 1 1/2 inci halia* 1 camca besar lada hitam* 1/2 inci lengkuas*(*dikisar halus) Air secukupnya CARA MEMBUATNYA :-) Daging dipotong cuci bersih dan toskan. Potong terung kpd 3 bahagian dan bendi dicuci.Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, tumis bahan2 kisar halus hingga harum, masukkan serbuk kunyit dan cili kisar. Tumis hingga terbit minyak. Masukkan daging gaul rata dan masak hingga daging kecut. Tuang air secukupnya dan masak dengan api besar hingga mendidih. Kecilkan api dan terus merenih hingga empuk. Masukkan jus asam jawa dan tambah garam secukup rasa dan sedikit gula. Masukkan Terung dan Bendi, kacau dan tutup sekejap, biar terung empuk. Rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api. Hidangkan panas.

Sup Ayam Simple

Bahan-Bahannya : 600 g ayam, potong sederhana besar, cuci dan toskan 3 biji kentang (besar), kupas, dan potong 1 kiub ayam "Knoor" 2 liter air (atau secukupnya) Garam secukup rasa Hirisan daun sup/daun bawang*Bawang goreng*(*untuk hiasan) Bahan Kisar : 7 biji bawang merah 4 ulas bawang putih 1 1/2 camca teh lada hitam biji 2 inci halia Bahan Tumis : 1 batang kayu manis 1 kuntum bunga lawang 3 biji buah pelaga 5 kuntum bunga cengkih Cara membuatnya : Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, masukkan bahan tumis dan tumis hingga wangi. Masukkan bahan kisar dan masak hingga terbit minyak. Masukkan ayam dan gaul rata. Tuang air dan masukkan kiub ayan dan juga kentang. Masak dengan api sederhana hingga mendidih. Masukkan garam dan masak hingga kentang empuk dan ayam masak. Rasa garam dan jika kurang tambah secukup rasa. Taburkan hirisan daun sup/daun bawang dan bawang goreng sebelum dihidang .......Simplekan......

Wajik

Resepi dari Chef Dino Bahan-bahan 400 gram beras pulut, rendam air selama 1 jam, kukus selama 45 menit 300 gram gula merah 400 cc santan 6 lembar daun limau purut 1/2 sudu teh garam Cara membuat Campur gula merah, santan, daun limau purut, dan garam, gaul rata, lalu masak hingga mendidih, angkat, saring. Masukkan beras pulut, gaul rata, masak sambil terus diaduk hingga matang, kering, dan berminyak, lalu angkat. Tuang beras pulut ke dalam loyang yang telah dialasi dengan daun pisang dan diolesi dengan sedikit minyak, ratakan, dinginkan, lalu potong-potong, sajikan.

Optimal Nutrition

Chocolate Moist Cake

Resepi dari Noreen Bahan-bahan: 6 oz (170gm) mentega 14 oz (397gm) gula kastor 3 biji telur Bahan2 A - dibancuh: 1 sudu teh nescafe 1 sudu teh air panas 1 sudu teh esen vanila 1 sudu teh chocolate atau coffee emulco / chocolate atau coffee paste Bahan2 B - diayak bersama: 8 oz (226gm) tepung high protein (tepung roti) - boleh juga digunakan self-raising flour atau tepung kek 2 1/4 oz (64gm) serbuk koko 1/2 sudu teh garam 1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat 1 1/2 sudu teh baking powder 7 oz air sejuk cara: 1. griskan loyang kek saiz 9" dan lapikkan dengan parchment paper, ketepikan 2. pukul mentega dan gula dengan mixer sehingga gebu dan kembang. apabila di angkat adunan tidak jatuh 3. masukkan telur satu persatu sambil dipukul lagi 4. kemudian masukkan bahan2 A tadi sambil dipukul lagi setelah itu dengan menggunakan whisker, masukkan Bahan2 B sedikit demi sedikit sambil dipusingkan whisker dengan satu arah sahaja secara perlahan2 sehingga adunan rata dan sebati 5. masukkan air sejuk sambil di kacau lagi sehingga sebati 6. tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang kek dan hentakkan sedikit loyang supaya mengeluarkan angin 7. bakar pada suhu 170C selama 50-60 min atau sehingga masak. suhu bergantung pada oven masing2 8. setelah siap keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan ianya betul2 sejuk barulah disapukan dengan chocolate icing Bahan2 untuk icing: 1 tin susu pekat - boleh dikurangkan jika takut manis 1 sudu teh esen vanila 1/2 cawan minyak jagung atau ape2 jenis minyak masakan 1/3 cawan serbuk kokosedikit garam cara: 1. campurkan susu, serbuk koko dan minyak ke dalam periuk 2. masakkan di atas api yang sederhana panas sehingga pekat sambil dikacau selalu dengan menggunakan whisker 3. setelah itu masukkan garam dan esen vanila. kacau lagi 4. tak perlu sehingga adunan sampai menggelegak 5. agak2 kepekatan icing 6. bila dah puas hati dengan kepekatan icing, tutupkan api 7. biarkan icing betul2 sejuk barulah disapukan ke atas kek tadi note: jika inginkan kek lagi moist bolehlah dikukuskan selama 1 1/2 jam dan tutupkan loyang kek dengan aluminium foil

Cream Puff

Bahan-bahan (10 biji): 100ml air 45g butter-suhu bilik, potong 1cm 60g tepung gandum- diayak 2 biji telur cara:- persediaan awal. Panaskan oven pada suhu 200C. Alaskan dulang oven(oven plate) dengan aluminium foil kemudian sapukan minyak ke atasnya. Lepas tu ayaklah tepung. Masukkan telur ke dalam mangkuk. Pukul biar telur kuning dan putih bercampur- masukkan air dan butter ke dalam periuk. Masak dengan api sederhana kemudian kuatkan sehinggalah mendidih. Bila dah mendidih tutupkan api- masukkan tepung dan kacau cepat-cepat- panaskan semula adunan dengan api sederhana sehingga nampak kepingan nipis terbentuk. Kemudian padamkan api- masukkan telur, kacau cepat-cepat- masukkan adunan ke dalam piping bag. Pipe kan ke atas dulang seperti dalam gambar. Anggaran diameternya ialah 5cm- tekan bahagian tanduk yang terhasil supaya cream puff nampak cantik- spray permukaan cream puff dengan air. Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 200c selama 15 minit. Kemudian turunkan suhu kepada 180c dan bakar selama 25 minit. Kalau nak nampak lagi perang biarkan cream puff di dalam oven beberapa minit sebelum dikeluarkan- sejukkan cream puff sebelum dimasukkan kastad krim
Resepi ni haku copy dari Noreen, mintak dihalalkan ye...aku nak buat untuk anak-anak dan dimakan dgn roti. CREAM KASTAD Bahan-bahan (lebih kurang 300ml): 1 sudu besar tepung 1 sudu besar tepung jagung 4 sudu besar gula 200cc(1 cup) susu segar 1 biji telur (L size) 1 sudu besar mentega cara:- 1. masukkan bahan dari no1 - 3 ke dalam mangkuk. 2. Masukkan 1-2 sudu besar susu. 3. Kacau jangan ada yang berketul- masukkan telur dan kacau lagi. 4. Kemudian masukkan susu yang selebihnya dan kacau- wrapping mangkuk dan masukkan ke dalam microwave. Guna suhu yang tinggi. Masak sehingga pekat. Setiap 1 minit lebih bawa keluar dari microwave dan kacau. 5. Ulang sehingga pekat- bila dah siap, masukkan mentega. Kacau note: kalau nak guna hanya kuning telur, gantikan sebiji telur tu dengan 2 biji telur kuning

SHORTBREAD COOKIES Bahan-bahan 4 oz tepung gandum 2 oz tepung beras - (tpg jagung pun boleh) 2 oz gula castor 4 oz pure butter tambah kismis cincang skit (kismis tado, ganti ngan badam cincang) Cara-cara 1. Masukkan butter, gula castor- pukul kejap gune wisk jerk...then mskkan tepung beras, tepung n kismis cincang. 2. Tinggalkan sedikit tepung beras untuk ditaburkan keatas cutting board. 3. BISKUT KOKO RANGUP
Bahan-bahan 50g mentega tanpa garam *70g tepung *15g serbuk koko *1/8 sk serbuk kulit kayu manis *1/4 sk baking powder *40g gula perang *2 cubit garam
Cara-cara 1. Potong mentega 1 cm. pastu masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk. Panaskan oven ke 180C. Alas dulang/acuan dengan oven peper 2. Ayak semua bahan-bahan yang bertanda *. Keluarkan mentega tadi dari peti sejuk. Ramas-ramaskan dengan bahan ayak sehingga jadi berketul-ketul. 3. Ambik 2/3 dari adunan tadi. Masukkan ke dalam acuan dan tekan-tekan biar jadi sekata dan padat. 4. Ambik adunan yang selebihnya tabur-taburkan ke atasnya. 5. Bakar selama 25-30 minit. 6. Potong memanjang 1-1.5cm ketika masih panas-panas. Kemudian sejukkan
BABY BREAD PUDING

Bahan-bahan ( 6 keping ) 2 keping roti putih 2 sb tepung jagung 3 sb gula halus 100 ml susu cair 2 biji telur(guna 1 putih telur saja) 1-2 titik esen vanilla sedikit buah2an campuran/kismis/kurma atau lain2 ikut selera sedikit gula icing untuk tabur atas puding - (ikut suka tak tabur pun tak apa) mangkuk muffin - disapu majerin

Cara-cara Roti di siat2 kecil atau potong 1 inc. persegi. Masukkan roti dan buah2an campur kismis dan kacang etc ke dalam mangkuk muffin. Tepung,gula,susu,telur dan esen dikacau hingga sebati. Tuangkan campuran susu sambil ditekan2 roti supaya meresap.Buat hingga habis. Susun mangkuk2 muffin berisi puding atas dulang pembakar dan bakar hingga masak kecoklatan. Biarkan puding roti seketika dan keluarkan dari mangkuk muffin(hati2 sbb masih panas).Ketika menghidang,taburkan gula icing diatas puding. ***Sedap juga klau menggunakan roti berperisa buah2an.

Puding Roti Berkismis dengan Sos Kastad Bahan Puding:- 500ml susu segar 8 keping roti 4 tbsp gula halus* 4 tbsp butter* (dicairkan atas api sebentar) 2 biji telur* 1 tsp esen vanilla* 1 tbsp tepung jagung* 2 tbsp kismis* Bahan Sos:- 1 tin susu cair 2 tbsp tepung kastad 2 tbsp gula Cara penyediaan:- 1. Susun roti dalam loyang dan rendam dengan susu selama 30 minit. 2. Gaul rata bahan bertanda* dan masukkan kedalam no. 1 3. Bakar pada suhu 180 darjah celsius selama 30 minit atau hingga masak. 4. Untuk sos, gaulkan bahan sos dan masakkan atas api yang sederhana sebentar. 5. Tuang sos di atas puding semasa menghidang.
